Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray rectangular pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, marjoram, salt, pepper and egg whites in large bowl.
  4. Stir in potatoes and onion then spread in pan and bake 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
