Savory Parmesan Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, sugar and butter.
  3. Stir into the dry ingredients, just until moistened.
  4. Fold in zucchini and onion.
  5. Pour into a greased & floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  6. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
