Ingredients:

  • 1 large 1015 or other sweet onion
  • medium green pepper
  • about 2 tbsp olive oil
  • worcestershire sauce to taste.. i like lots.
  • 3 or 4 fresh limes depending on size. we have the small ones here.

Directions:

  1. Slice the onion slice green pepper into thin rings
  2. Place each onion slice on small plate, top with green pepper ring
  3. Drizzle olive oil over all
  4. Drizzle Worchester Sauce to taste
  5. Squeeze lime jucie sprinkle with black pepper and top with an olive.
