Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 2 quart casserole.
  3. In large bowl combine milk and egg yolks, blend well.
  4. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. level off.
  5. Add flour,cornmeal,baking powder,and pepper.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Stir in green pepper, corn and bacon.
  8. In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
  9. Fold into corn mixture.
  10. Pour into greased casserole.
  11. Bake at 350 for 55-70 minutes or until center is firm.
