Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet, then add oil.
  2. Saute chicken pieces until lightly browned. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Add Onions, garlic, and paprika. Saute until the onion is lightly browned.
  4. Add chicken and remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 35 minutes, or until chicken is done.
  5. Serve with pasta.
  6. If you like it saucier, add 1 6-ou can tomato sauce.
  7. If you like it less saucy, and the chopped tomatoes in the last 5 minutes of cooking, until heated through.
