Ingredients:

  • 14 oz brie (i buy these at sam's. it is larger and cheaper than most grocery stores or specialty stores)
  • 1-16 oz jar of roasted red peppers
  • 1 bunch fresh basil

Directions:

  1. In a bire baker or on an oven proof plate or dish, warm the brie in the oven for about 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Be careful not to get the brie too hot or it wil rupture and the cheese will ooze everywhere. It will still taste fine but the presentation isn't so good.
  2. Julienne the red peppers and basil.
  3. Spread the peppers and basil over the top and serve with toast points or your favorite crackers.
