Ingredients:

  • 2 (10-oz.) bags fresh spinach , thoroughly washed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Sauté spinach and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly wilted.
