Roasted Beets With Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size roasted beets
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 2 -3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Grate your roasted beets (I usually roast them in foil when I have something else cooking in the oven, this way I don't have to run the oven just for the beets).
  2. Grate or chop your garlic.
  3. Salt, pepper, add olive oil and voila!
