Sauteed Catfish in Garlic and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare catfish fillets by squeezing lemon on the and the salt and the pepper,.
