Mussels In Garlic And Sweet Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saute pan.
  2. Add garlic until light brown.
  3. Add onion, ginger, chili paste and sweet chili sauce. Cook for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add mussels. Mix gently to make sure each mussels is covered with butter and garlick mixture.
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally to make sure the mussels cooked evenly.
  6. Add parsley before turning off the heat.
  7. Serve warm alone or over cooked noodles or rice.
  8. Enjoy!
