Ingredients:

  • 3 cups bamboo shoots , slivered
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 11/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • seasoning
  • 5 tbsp. stock
  • 2 tbsp. wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:

  1. Sauté slivered bamboo in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.
  2. Add seasoning to the bamboo and sauté until all the liquied has evaporated.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and serve after 2 or 3 minutes.
