Directions:

  1. Sauté onion, jalapeño and thyme in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until soft, 5 minutes.
  2. Add greens and broth. Simmer until greens are soft about 3 minutes, but do not let the broth evaporate completely. Season with salt and pepper.
