Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook shell according to package directions
  2. Brown sausage in skillet until cooked through and drain
  3. Add softened cream cheese, chopped onions, and mushrooms to the sausage and mix well.
  4. Fill shells with sausage mixture and place in greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour alfredo sauce ove the top of shells
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 min
