Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, crumble the sausage into a skillet; add onion and green pepper.
  3. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Colby-Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Drain pasta and stir into sausage mixture.
  7. Transfer mixture into a 1 quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheeses.
  9. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
