Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. 2. In a large skillet cook the sausage and onions over the medium heat, stirring and breaking up the lumps until evenly browned.
  3. 3. Add the celery, sage, rosemary, thyme cook stirring for 2 minutes to blend flavors
  4. 4. Pour the sausage mixture over bread in bowl. Mix in the chopped merliton, dried cranberries, parsley.
  5. 5. Drizzle with the stock and melted butter and mix lightly.
  6. 6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
