Ingredients:

  • 2 to 1 cup bell pepper
  • 1 heaping tbsp of lea & pearons
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups rice
  • bacon drippings

Directions:

  1. In frypan , add onion , bell pepper garlic, and parsley with bacopn drippings and fry for a while. Add sausage and let cook. Add rice, wine and tomatoe sauce, and enough water to cover. Add steak sauce and hot sauce. Let cook until almost all water is gone. Thne lower heat and let simmer covered.
