Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz) package dates, chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir well and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until browned.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
