Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear wheat bread into small chunks. Place in baking dish. In frying pan, brown sausage and onion. Toss into bread chunks. Combine celery, cranberries and chicken broth in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Pour liquid over bread. Add almonds, sage and thyme. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour covered. Bake last 5 minutes uncovered. May need to add additional chicken broth to ensure stuffing is moist.
