Sausage and Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes about 25 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and let cool. Cut potatoes into quarters. In a skillet, heat 2 T of olive oil over medium high heat. Brown the kielbasa. Drain on paper towel. Add kielbasa to bowl with potatoes along with celery seed and onions. For the dressing- whick together vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Slowly whick in oil. Add dressing to potato mixture while warm. Serve warm or at room temperature.
