Sauerkraut Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) jar sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup finely- chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Drain sauerkraut and chop fine.
  2. Add celery, onion, green pepper and sugar.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before using.
