Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pork ,loin,sir loin
  • 32 oz sauerkraut
  • 3 medium potato

Directions:

  1. Use red potatos. Put it all in a pot. Heat to boil. Turn heat down to cook slow. When pork is tender, dish is done. Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  2. Good for slow cooker.
