Sandra Lee's Noodles Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package fettuccine ( prepare 8 oz, half of package)
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup whole milk

Directions:

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  2. Return noodles to pot and place over low heat.
  3. Add butter and milk to noodles and toss until butter is melted.
  4. Add cheese and stir just until melted.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.
