Ingredients:

  • 225 g. pork fat
  • 2 tbsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Dice the fat and render it over low heat.
  2. Chop spring onions very finely.
  3. Sauté spring onions in the lard, adding salt.
  4. When the onions are browned, pour the mixture into a small dish, and let it cool.
