  4. ADD peppers to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and salsa. Return chicken to skillet;.
  6. Simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 10 minute or until.
  7. Chicken is done (165ºF).
  8. TOP with cheese; cook, covered, 4 to 5 minute or until.
  9. Melted. Serve over rice.
