Salsa Smothered Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium size skillet,melt margarine over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken to skillet,and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  3. Cook chicken until no longer pink,about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add salsa to chicken,simmer until heated through.
  5. Divide rice among four bowls.
  6. Then divide salsa chicken over rice.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over salsa chicken and rice.
  8. Serve.
