Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate 1 teaspoon zest (each) from the lime and orange.
  2. Peel and section pulp from limes and oranges,chop into 1/2 pieces.
  3. In bowl combine lime and orange sections,jicama,red pepper,onion,mint,oil,jalapeno pepper,capers,vinegar,lime zest,orange zest,and salt.
  4. Stir gently until well blended.
  5. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours to marry flavors.
  6. ~Serve with Stout Chips~
