Directions:

  1. Melt butter, reduce some water from it by simmering for 3 minutes
  2. Add garilc and simmer 3 minutes more
  3. Chop capers
  4. Add lemon juice and capers
  5. Simmer 3 minutes
  6. Serve over grilled salmon
