Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tblsp. minced onion and chives
  • a little milk

Directions:

  1. Whip milk and cream cheese till fluffy.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, beat
  3. Place in covered container chill 3 hours.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy wheat crackers
