Every time I serve this it disappears quickly. The lime juice gives it zip.
Ingredients:
6 oz. canned salmon
1 1/2 tblsp. minced onion and chives
6 oz. cream cheese
juice of 1/2 lime
a little milk
parsley
wheat crackers
Directions:
1. Whip milk and cream cheese till fluffy.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, beat
3. place in covered container chill 3 hours.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy wheat crackers
