  1. Take a large bowl. Add the beef, eggs, chicken broth, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Make patties with the mixture and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil and some chopped onions. Place the patties on the layer of onions. Cover and cook. Turn them over in between. Take out the patties when done and keep aside. Add a little flour on the onions remaining in the pan. Add 1 cup of chicken broth, milk and stir. Let boil. Put the patties (steak) in this gravy and let simmer. Cover with a lid and let cook for 15 minutes. Serve.
