Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 2 1/2 cups water, divided
  • 3/4-1 cup raisins
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 2/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Mix together in a large saucepan, sugar, cinnamon, salt nutmeg,.
