Ingredients:

  • 1 kg cod
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 500 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g parsnips

Directions:

  1. 1. Boil the water and oil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, celery and parsnip.
  3. 3. Cook on low heat until soft.
  4. 4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
