Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak the raisins in rum overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Drain the raisins and dispose of rum then set them aside.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients and set them aside.
  5. Cream in mixer butter and brown sugar.
  6. Mix in small bowl egg, vanilla, rum and milk.
  7. Add egg mixture to creamed sugar and mix.
  8. Fold in drained raisins.
  9. Fold in dry mixture.
  10. Place 1 tlbs drops of dough onto Silpat or parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove sheets from the oven and let cookies stand for 4-5 minutes and then place on wire racks to cool.
