Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • lime slice

Directions:

  1. Stir together lime juice, sugar and rum in a measuring cup until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Pour mixture over ice and add a splash of soda water.
  4. Garnish with lime slices.
