Rosemary Chicken and Green Beans for One

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a small frying pan to meduim high and boil water in a small pot.
  2. Once the water is boiling add green beans and cook for 10 min.
  3. Rub the rosemary into the chicken breast.
  4. Add olive oil and garlic to pan.
  5. Add the chicken brest.
  6. Sear chicken on both sides.
  7. Lower the frying pan heat to meduim low.
  8. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side
  9. Strain the green beans and plate.
  10. Add the chicken on top of the green beans.
  11. Drizzle the left over olive oil on the plate.
