Ingredients:

  • 1 package pork tenderloin (2 pieces)
  • 1 can root beer
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce - 18 oz
  • 1 package buns

Directions:

  1. Place pork in crockpot and pour can of root beer over it. Cook on low for 6 hours. Drain well and shred. Add favorite barbecue sauce and warm up as needed. Serve on buns with bread and butter pickles. I would choose a sauce that has smokey or spicy flavors as the root beer adds plenty of sweetness.
