Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 loaf liters water

Directions:

  1. Mix well together flour, semolina, salt, yeast, sugar, and water.
  2. Heat pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Pour batter in pan. Sprinkle with za'atar. Put on thin slices of onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil. Flip.
