Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mix together the butter, garlic powder, and parsley; set aside.
  2. Layer on bottom slices of bread, in this order, 1 slice mozzarella cheese, 3 slices ham, 1 slice onion, 1 slice cheddar cheese, and top with last slice of bread.
  3. Spread a bit of the butter mixture on both sides of the sandwiches and place them on a cookie sheet.
  4. Turn your broiler to low and place sandwiches in the over.
  5. Broil until browned to your liking and then flip them to brown the other side.
  6. Serve hot from the oven with french fries, tomato soup, potato chips, or anything you like with sandwiches.
