Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Place bread on cookie sheet bake for 5 min or until toasted
  3. Mix tomatoes,bell peppers, basil, vinegar and salt
  4. Spread tomato mix on bread
  5. Top each slice with about 1 teaspoon cheese
  6. Bake for 5 min or until cheese is melted...serve hot.
