Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400F degrees.
  2. Spray roasting pan with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk all ingredients,except potatoes,in a bowl.
  4. Prick potatoes with a fork.
  5. Toss with the mustard mix.
  6. Place in the pan.
  7. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
