Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 lb) chicken
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons , juice of

Directions:

  1. Marinate the chicken in the oil, lemon juice & oregano for an hour.
  2. Rub some of the marinade inside the bird.
  3. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done.
