Roasted Garlic Parmesan Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wrap each head of garlic in aluminum foil with a pat of butter.
  2. Bake garlic for 40 minutes at 350.
  3. Remove garlic from oven, cool, then peel each clove.
  4. Put all garlic through a press.
  5. Cut the french bread in half lengthwise. Spread with butter.
  6. Spread garlic paste over bread.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan over garlic.
  8. Broil for 5-10 minutes till edges brown.
  9. Cut bread into 2 slices.
