Roasted Fingerling Potatoes With Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish with olive oil or spray.
  3. Scrub potatoes and cut large ones in half length wise.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, pepper and salt.
  5. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish with sliced ones skin side down.
  6. Bake for 25 min or until potatoes are tender.
