Roasted Elephant Garlic Spread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Seperate garlic into cloves.
  3. Remove papery outer coating from the garlic.
  4. Cut 1 inch from top of each clove.
  5. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish.
  6. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and bake 1 hour 30 minutes.
  8. Squeeze warm cloves out of skin and smash with a fork.
