Roast Dill Marinated Salmon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix dill, garlic, sugar, soy and 1 tablespoons of oil, reserve. In a hot non-stick pan add 1 tablespoons oil and sear the salmon filets for 30-45 seconds on each side or until nicely browned.
  3. Remove from pan and let cool 5 minutes.
  4. Smear all sides of fish with marinade and allow fish to sit at room temperature for at least 1/2 an hour before roasting.
  5. Place fish on sheet tray and roast for 5 to 10 minutes. It will appear flaky when done.
  6. Enjoy!
