RJ's Homemade Spicy Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup dry mustard (coleman's)
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. In double-boiler, whisk together all ingredients until well blended and smooth.
  2. Stir over simmering water for about 8 minutes or until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into jars.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
