Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prep does not include chill time
  2. Beat egg whites and slowly add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
  3. Beat until stiff.
  4. Fold cracker crumbs and nuts into egg mixture and spread into pan
  5. Bake in greased 9 X 13- inch pan at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool
  7. Mix crushed pineapple with cream cheese.
  8. Fold in the whipped topping and and spread mixture over cooled baked layer
  9. Refrigerate and chill well before serving
