Directions:

  1. In small bowl, whisk together ricotta,1 Tbs orange liqueur and orange peel. Cover and chill 1 hour to overnight.
  2. In med. bowl, combine the berries,lemon juice and remaining 1 Tbs liqueur. cover and let stand at room temperature 15 mins to develop flavors.
  3. To serve,divide fruit mixture among 4 dessert dishes,spooning any juices atop fruit in dishes. Top with ricotta mixture. Sprinkle individual servings with Splenda or drizzle with honey. If desired,garnish with mint.
