Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cups drained capers
  • 2 cans tuna
  • olive oil enough to moisten the rice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, season and serve. This should be warm not hot.
