Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

Directions:

  1. Mix together the eggs and milk, whisk well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  4. Top with cream or maple syrup!
